Job summary

SID Global is seeking an experienced test automation architect to design and implement scalable automation frameworks across multiple projects in the ITG group. You will drive best practices, mentor engineers, and integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines with tools like Azure DevOps, GitLab, and Jenkins.

The role requires deep expertise in SDLC, QA methodologies, and hands-on work with modern automation tools such as Playwright, Selenium, UFT, Tosca, and Robot Framework.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in software testing and 5+ years in test automation.
• Hands-on with UFT, Tosca, Playwright, Selenium, Robot Framework, or equivalent tools.
• Experience designing enterprise automation frameworks and Agile/DevOps environments.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement robust automation frameworks with scalability and maintainability.
• Define automation architecture and best practices across projects and teams.
• Govern automation initiatives to align with testing standards and objectives.
• Collaborate with QA, development, and DevOps to integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines.
• Lead creation of reusable test assets and libraries.
• Estimate automation effort and assess feasibility of candidates.
• Document automation frameworks, test cases, and processes.
• Perform code reviews and enforce automation standards and guidelines.
• Analyze test results, identify root causes, and drive continuous improvement.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineers and QA analysts.
• Conduct onboarding and training sessions for new automation team members.
• Stay updated with AI-driven testing capabilities and innovations.
• Manage test cases and results using ALM, Xray, Azure DevOps, and qTest.
• Develop and maintain automation dashboards and reports for visibility.
• Ensure alignment with organizational testing standards and governance.
