Job summary

Winning English Academy is seeking a Business English Program Head for the Cebu City Campus to oversee program delivery across campuses and align classroom learning with workplace communication needs.

Reporting to the Academic Director, you will lead teaching standards, coach trainers, and coordinate with Curriculum & Research Development to keep materials relevant to professional contexts.

Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree in Education, English, Business, or a related field.
• Experience teaching or coordinating Business English/workplace communication programs.
• Strong understanding of business communication needs across industries.
• Clear communication and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to connect learning activities and feedback with practical workplace outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily Business English program delivery and maintain consistent teaching standards across campuses and levels.
• Monitor student progress and address gaps in learning and classroom delivery.
• Observe lessons and coach trainers through practical feedback and performance discussions.
• Identify teacher development needs and coordinate training.
• Partner with Curriculum & Research Development to keep materials relevant to workplace communication needs.
• Share classroom insights, support curriculum improvements, and pilot new materials.
• Report program outcomes and trainer performance to the Academic Director, collaborating with other Program Heads on academic quality.

Winning English Academy is looking for a Business English educator who understands workplace communication and can help a teaching team deliver practical, relevant learning.

In this new leadership role, you will oversee Business English program delivery across our campuses. Reporting to the Academic Director, you will work with our Curriculum & Research Development team to connect classroom learning with the communication skills students need in professional settings.

Location: Cebu — on-site, face-to-face
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Rest days: Saturday and Sunday

You will influence how learners prepare for workplace communication—from clearer emails and stronger presentations to more confident participation in meetings. Your impact will extend across teaching teams and campuses.
