Job summary

Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts is seeking a Data Engineer to design, develop, and maintain IBM Planning Analytics models to enhance financial planning, forecasting, and reporting.

You will work with senior engineers and finance stakeholders to implement TM1 cubes, TI processes, MDX, PAW, and perspectives, ensuring scalable data solutions and high-quality code within a healthcare context. Remote or MA-based options are available.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of data engineering experience with at least 5+ years as TM1/Planning Analytics Developer (PAW, PAX).
• 5+ years of experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, Google.
• 5+ years working with TM1 rules, feeders, worksheets and TI scripting.

Responsibilities

• Design and build forecasting/budgeting applications using Planning Analytics 2.0.9+.
• Design and build TM1 cubes, dimensions, hierarchies, rules and TI processes.
• Develop MDX, data ingestion from ODBC sources and publish data for TM1 analyses.
• Create TM1 web, PAW, Perspectives applications and dynamic reports.
• Oversee TM1 security configurations and server performance monitoring.
• Provide operational support for critical data pipelines.
