Job Description

• Serve as the MC for our Girl Group Livestreams. You will drive the energy of the show through interactive entertainment, game moderation, and interviews, ensuring high audience retention and a fun, vibrant atmosphere.
• Show Flow & Atmosphere: Manage the overall Run-of-Show. Lead interactions between the girl group members (streamers) and the audience. Actively "hype" the room to maintain high energy levels.
• Scripting & Content: Write hosting scripts (cue sheets) and design interactive segments/hooks to ensure the content is engaging, on-brand, and fits the variety show format.
• Live Coordination: Manage smooth transitions between segments. Handle ad-libs and troubleshoot any unexpected on-set situations to ensure a seamless broadcast.
• Collaboration & Monetisation: Communicate effectively with the production crew (Operations, Talent, Assistants). Provide feedback to optimise show performance and take ownership of driving revenue (Gifting Volume).
• Education & Language: Bachelor’s degree or higher. Entry-level candidates/Fresh Graduates welcome! Must have excellent spoken English. Majors in Broadcasting, Hosting, or Journalism are preferred.
• Experience: 2+ years of hosting/emceeing experience preferred. Excellent articulation, improvisational skills, and ability to command a room. Experience in TV, live stage events, concerts, or similar livestream variety shows is a huge plus.
• Work Ethic: Strong sense of responsibility and organisational skills. Must be adaptable and willing to work late-night shifts (to match peak livestream traffic).
• Salary Structure: 25,000 - 30,000 PHP Base Salary + KPI Bonus.
• Schedule & Growth: 6-day work per week, 8 hours/day. We provide comprehensive onboarding training, 1-on-1 mentorship, and regular industry skill workshops.
