Job summary

HEBE BEAUTY COSMETICS INC. is seeking an E-commerce Marketing Specialist to drive the growth of its TikTok Live Center. You will boost account visibility, manage live engagement, and execute campaigns to convert viewers into customers, collaborating with Marketing and E-Commerce teams to grow online sales.

The role requires 1+ year in digital marketing or social media, familiarity with TikTok Ads Manager, and on-site work in Sindalan, San Fernando, Pampanga. Salary is ₱18,000–₱25,000 monthly.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
• At least 1 year of digital marketing, e-commerce, or TikTok/social media marketing experience.
• Familiar with TikTok Ads Manager, in-app boosting, and live selling tools.
• Strong written communication skills for online audiences.
• Creative, data-driven and able to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Drive growth of the brand's TikTok Live Center and online sales.
• Manage content scheduling and live session coordination.
• Boost reach with TikTok Ads Manager and in-app promotions.
• Track metrics like viewers, engagement, conversions, GMV and adjust strategy.
• Engage with live audience to maximize conversions.
• Coordinate with KOLs and creators for outreach and collaborations.
• Plan, launch and optimize paid campaigns including retargeting.
• Run promotions aligned with launches and events.
• Monitor spend, ROI and report performance with improvements.
