Qualifications

• Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• Hands-on experience in contract negotiation and budget management.
• Familiarity with influencer marketing tools and platforms.
• In-depth knowledge of TikTok trends, platforms, and influencer culture.

Responsibilities

• Identify, onboard, and maintain relationships with TikTok influencers that align with Itel's brand image.
• Negotiate terms and rates to secure cost-efficient partnerships.
• Draft and manage influencer contracts, ensuring compliance with company policies.
• Develop and communicate campaign briefs, timelines, and deliverables to influencers.
• Coordinate all aspects of project execution, including product sampling, video production, posting schedules, and content approval.
• Ensure influencer content adheres to brand guidelines and maintains high-quality standards.
• Monitor campaign progress and ensure all deliverables are met.
• Analyze key performance metrics and generate reports to evaluate campaign success.
• Provide insights and recommendations to optimize future influencer initiatives.
• Create and implement influencer engagement strategies to maximize ROI.
• Stay updated on TikTok trends, competitor strategies, and emerging influencer dynamics.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to align influencer campaigns with broader brand objectives.
• Contribute innovative ideas for influencer campaigns, posts, and activations.
• Brainstorm creative content strategies with cross-functional teams to amplify campaign impact.
