We seek a detail-oriented analyst with advanced English, strong analytical and investigative skills, and excellent written communication. Experience with Zendesk and 24/7 operations in trust, safety, or compliance is a plus, especially in tech or ride-sharing contexts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• Advanced English proficiency (B2 mandated/C1 preferred).
• Strong analytical and investigative skills with a high attention to detail.
• Excellent written communication and documentation skills.
• Proven ability to handle sensitive and complex cases with a high degree of professionalism.
• Experience working with CRM systems such as Zendesk.
• Ability to work in a 24/7 operational environment with rotating shifts.
• Previous experience in escalations, investigations, Trust & Safety, or compliance roles is considered an advantage.
• Preferably handled escalations and investigations with Tech account or ride sharing background.
