Enshored is seeking a detail-oriented professional to support trust & safety and compliance initiatives within a 24/7 operation. You will leverage Zendesk to manage escalations, investigations, and sensitive cases while maintaining high professionalism and accurate documentation.

Strong analytical skills and excellent English communication are required, with Bachelor’s degree. Prior experience in tech accounts or ride-sharing is a plus, and the role involves rotating shifts in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• Advanced English proficiency (B2) or higher.
• Strong analytical and investigative skills with high attention to detail.
• Excellent written communication and documentation skills.
• Experience with Zendesk CRM.
• Ability to work in a 24/7 operations with rotating shifts.
• Background in escalations, investigations, Trust & Safety or compliance is advantageous.
