Job summary

Enshored is seeking a Trust & Safety Investigator to join our Manila hub. The role focuses on escalations and investigations while upholding compliance and professionalism.

You will work within a dynamic, fast-paced environment leveraging Zendesk to document findings and communicate with stakeholders. Ideal candidates bring strong analytical and written communication skills, experience with sensitive cases, and the ability to operate in a 24/7 schedule.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Advanced English proficiency (B2/C1) required.
• Strong analytical and investigative skills with high attention to detail.
• Excellent written communication and documentation skills.
• Proven ability to handle sensitive and complex cases professionally.
• Experience working with CRM systems such as Zendesk.
• Ability to work in a 24/7 operational environment with rotating shifts.
• Experience in escalations, investigations, Trust & Safety or compliance is a plus.
• Preferably experience with escalations/investigations in tech accounts or ride-sharing.
