Job summary

Enshored is seeking a dedicated professional for our Trust & Safety team. The role requires a Bachelor’s Degree and advanced English proficiency, with strong analytical and investigative skills for handling sensitive cases.

Experience with CRM systems such as Zendesk is essential. Candidates should be able to work in a 24/7 operational environment with rotating shifts and have familiarity with escalations, investigations, and compliance-related functions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• Advanced English proficiency (B2 mandated/C1 preferred).
• Strong analytical and investigative skills with a high attention to detail.
• Excellent written communication and documentation skills.
• Proven ability to handle sensitive and complex cases with a high degree of professionalism.
• Experience working with CRM systems such as Zendesk.
• Ability to work in a 24/7 operational environment with rotating shifts.
• Previous experience in escalations, investigations, Trust & Safety, or compliance roles is considered an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Handle escalations and investigations with a focus on Trust & Safety.
• Conduct thorough investigations and document findings with high professionalism.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to resolve cases.
• Utilize Zendesk and other CRM tools to manage cases and maintain records.
• Support 24/7 operations with rotating shifts as required.
