The opening is for 2 vacancies; offshore deployment requires willingness to deploy, and preference given to candidates with an OIC license and framo cargo pump background. Shortlisted candidates may join a mix crew aboard international voyages.

Overall in-charge of food and catering department.

Inspects galley mess hall and galley equipment, such as pots, ovens, and cutlery for cleanliness.

Determines time and sequence of cooking operations to meet meal-serving hours.

Coordinates with the Master on food supplies and equipment.

Supervises and coordinates activities of kitchen personnel in preparing meals aboard cargo ship.

Skills and Qualifications:
