The opening is for 2 vacancies; offshore deployment requires willingness to deploy, and preference given to candidates with an OIC license and framo cargo pump background. Shortlisted candidates may join a mix crew aboard international voyages.

Qualifications

• Onboard in Oil Chemical tanker vessel preferred.
• OIC license with framo cargo pump background preferred.
• Willing to deploy aboard a mix crew.

Responsibilities

• Overall in-charge of food and catering department aboard ship.
• Inspect galley mess hall and galley equipment for cleanliness.
• Coordinate with Master on food supplies and equipment.
• Supervise kitchen personnel in meal preparation onboard cargo ship.
