Job summary

Ateneo de Manila University in Manila, Philippines seeks a Theater Crew to provide technical and operational support for all productions and events. You will install, operate, and restore lighting, sound, video, and rigging systems in line with venue standards and safety protocols.

The role requires collaboration with RTD, LD, and SD on layouts and configurations, plus hands-on rigging, cabling, and on-site production support from pre-setup to post-production.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of theater technical operations: lighting, sound, and fly rigging.
• Bachelor’s Degree holder.
• At least 3 years experience in theater work.

Responsibilities

• Review technical requirements submitted by the production team for compatibility with venue facilities.
• Coordinate with RTD, LD, and SD regarding lighting, sound, and video layouts.
• Review lighting, speaker, microphone, projector, and screen configurations for proper rigging and setup.
• Assist in rigging, cabling, and safe operation of equipment during production.
• Ensure safe rigging and operational practices during the production period.
• Assist in dismantling and restoring venue equipment after each production.
