Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Civil, or Mechanical Engineering and a professional license.
• Preferably 1–2 years of relevant work experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of project management principles and practices.
• Ability to prepare and implement detailed commissioning plans.
• Capability to commission equipment and systems per design intent.
• Ability to deliver accurate commissioning reports promptly.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Employment status: Project Hire.
• Work location: Ortigas, Pasig City; willingness to deploy nationwide.

Responsibilities

• Prepares and updates testing & commissioning processes, forms, and cost databases.
• Reviews project docs and prepares checklists for testing activities.
• Coordinates with Engineering and Procurement for testing concerns.
• Manages on-time mobilization of testing subcontractors to site.
• Assists sourcing testing subcontractors and SAP PR/COs as needed.
• Validates subcontractor work and prepares Certificates of Completion (COC).
• Attends trainings to advance in testing and commissioning.
• At site, supervises testing across HV, protection, control, and other equipment.
• Ensures quality, safety and timely testing and commissioning.
• Prepares daily or weekly testing & commissioning reports.
