Job summary

Ortigas Land is seeking a licensed BS Mechanical and Electrical Engineering graduate with 4 years of T&C/Technical Services and project experience. The role focuses on coordinating with Construction to ensure thorough testing and commissioning of MEPF systems and documenting learnings for design standards and improvements.

The candidate will manage MEPFS testing and commissioning, validate operations through audits, review design for operability and safety, and assist in budgeting and project

Qualifications

• BS Mechanical and Electrical Engineering graduate; must be licensed.
• With 4 years experience in T&C/ Technical Services.
• With Project experience.
