Job summary

Ortigas Land is seeking a licensed BS Mechanical and Electrical Engineering graduate with 4 years of T&C/Technical Services and project experience. The role focuses on coordinating with Construction to ensure thorough testing and commissioning of MEPF systems and documenting learnings for design standards and improvements.

Qualifications

• BS Mechanical and Electrical Engineering graduate; must be licensed.
• With 4 years experience in T&C/ Technical Services.
• With Project experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage MEPFS testing and commissioning, pre-operation and turnover of mall, offices, residential and estate development.
• Validate operations and maintenance standards through facilities audit.
• Review of project design and construction to ensure plant operability and operating personnel safety.
• Facilitate budgetary cost estimate and project implementation.
