Job summary

Excigence Asia Inc. seeks a Test Development Engineer to advance new product introduction, debugging, correlation/GRR, and manufacturing releases. The role involves developing mixed-signal test applications across leading ATE platforms and improving test capacity across sites.

Ideal candidates hold a BS in Electronics, Electrical, or Computer Engineering, with strong data analysis, communication, and problem-solving skills. Travel to customer locations (local and overseas) is required.

• Improve test capacity (e.g., 1-site to quad-site) and related yield improvements.

Test Development Engineer

Experienced in the following test development activities:

1. New Product Introduction (HW/SW development, debug, correlation & GRR, and manufacturing release)

2. ATE Platform conversion

3. Test capacity improvements (i.e. 1-site to quad site, yield improvement conversion, etc.)

Compensation:

> Php 40K - 60K based on qualifications and experience.

Qualifications:

> Graduate of BS Electronics, Electrical, or Computer Engineering.

> Proficiency in developing mixed-signal test application in either Eagle Test Systems, Teradyne Flex platforms, Advantest, LTX, or other ATE systems.

> Familiarity with statistical data analysis methods and theories.

> Highly analytical, fast learner, and able to think out of the box

> Can work well independently or on a team.

> Able and willing to travel to different customer locations (local and overseas).

> Strong communication and organizational skills.

> Decisive

> Preferably with above 1-year experience in test development
