Qualifications

• BS in Computer or Electronics Engineering or related field.
• 2+ years of related work experience.
• Excellent software development skills.
• Intermediate to advanced electronics hardware analytics.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to develop within schedule and with minimal supervision.
• Strong communication, writing, presentation, and reporting skills.
• Knowledge of C/C++ and LabVIEW.
• Familiarity with project management tools such as Wrike or MS Project.
• Willing to work in Binan Laguna.

Responsibilities

• Designs, develops, and implements cost-effective test solutions for mass-produced products.
• Provides technical support to production teams, especially in test and process automation or software needs.
• Participates in the conceptualization and design of test systems (hardware and software).
• Develops test/system hardware and software and ensures conformance to documentation and tester specs.
• Integrates software components and validates at module and system levels.
• Assists in jigs/fixture/rack verification and validation.
• Generates deliverables such as BOMs, HW drawings, tester manuals, and software flowcharts.
• Sets up the system during transfer and supports test process validation.
