Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electronics/Electrical/Mechatronics engineering or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in Test Engineering or electronics manufacturing.
• Experience with electronics testing and quality processes preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands‑on technical support to production for test issues.
• Monitor test processes; ensure testers, fixtures and equipment function properly.
• Respond promptly to test failures and production issues.
• Support NPI and engineering during new product introduction and ramp‑ups.
• Document failure analysis findings and corrective actions.
