Private Advertiser seeks aMaintenance Technician to operate Testers and Handlers, perform repairs and setups, and drive uptime. You will fix jams, replace components, and conduct preventive maintenance to maintain production efficiency.
Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in manufacturing, with exposure to semiconductor or electronics environments and hands-on experience with listed equipment. Willingness to work shifts is essential.
About the role
Responsible for operating and executing work on Testers, Handlers, Tape and Reel machines and processes.
Key responsibilities
Perform repair and maintenance, machine conversion, and equipment setup
Troubleshoot and attend to machine jam errors and restore or replace mechanical components as necessary
Conduct scheduled preventive maintenance (PM) to ensure optimal machine performance and reliability
Perform machine adjustments and basic troubleshooting to minimize downtime and maintain production efficiency
Ensure that all work is performed in accordance with established safety, quality, and production standards
About you
Graduate of a vocational course or bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electronics, Electrical, Computer, or a related field
At least 1–2 years of work experience in a manufacturing environment
General manufacturing experience; experience in semiconductor or electronics manufacturing is an advantage
Knowledge and hands-on experience with any of the following equipment is preferred: Testers and Handlers, AT468, AT368, Hexa, CoHu, STI Isort, or similar equipment
Experience with at least one of the following platforms is required: Testers and Handlers, AT468, AT368, Hexa, CoHu, or STI Isort
Proactive, dependable, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Willing to work on shifting schedules and overtime, when required
