The role focuses on end-to-end STLC management, risk & defect tracking, and ensuring high-quality software delivery with strong collaboration across stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of the Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC).
• Experience with Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Ability to define test strategies and test plans.
• Proficient in defect management and risk assessment.
• Experience with test metrics and reporting.
• Knowledge of release management processes.
• Experience coordinating UAT with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage end-to-end testing activities across multiple projects.

• Manage the complete STLC lifecycle: requirement analysis to test closure.
• Drive automation initiatives to improve testing efficiency and coverage.

The candidate will be responsible for defining test strategies, managing testing teams, driving automation adoption, and ensuring high-quality software delivery in Agile environments.

• Manage the complete Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC), including:

• Drive automation testing initiatives to improve testing efficiency and coverage.
• Review automation frameworks and ensure best practices are followed.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, developers, and project managers to ensure quality deliverables.
• Track testing progress, risks, defects, and provide status reports to leadership.
• Mentor and manage QA teams, including manual and automation engineers.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and testing methodologies.
• Participate in release planning, production validation, and post-release support.
