Job summary

QualityKiosk Technologies in the Philippines seeks an experienced Life Insurance Test Lead to guide testing strategy, ensure timely delivery, and establish best practices for quality assurance. You will lead a large testing team, coordinate with business, project management and development, shape test plans, RTMs, scenarios and acceptance criteria, and drive continuous improvement.

Responsibilities include progress tracking, defect RCA, UAT support, stakeholder reporting, weekly and monthly MIS,

Responsibilities

• Managing and Leading a team of large Team size.
• Acting as liaison with business, project management and development team to Analyze Test Requirements in order to prepare Test Plan and Test Approach based on the project scope and timelines.
• Analyzing the GAP between Business Research Document and Functional document basis customer requirements.
• Resolving process and approach related queries for the team.
• Ensuring project closure within timelines laid out and facilitating sign-off.
• Publishing daily and weekly project status to the client and discussing the issues and challenges faced.
• Setting up walkthrough for new system changes and its documentation.
• Monitoring and scheduling tasks towards testing of projects.
• Reviewing of Test Scenarios, Use Cases & Test Cases in order to ensure that all requirements are met.
• Estimating the impact of business requirements in terms of man hours and functional changes.
• Developing client relationships and coordinating with multiple teams (designing, development and testing) to ensure the overall integrity of project
• Supporting the UAT phase of testing and working closely with all business users to achieve uniformity of purpose in the midst of diversity
• Defect ageing analysis and its RCA for Defect monitoring and RCA analysis.
• Creating MIS reports of every month for client & reporting manager.
