Job summary

Qualitykiosk is seeking a Test Lead with strong experience in Retail Internet Banking and Mobile Banking domains. The role requires channel and cards expertise, core banking familiarity, and leadership in test management.

You will oversee testing activities across the project lifecycle, ensure quality gates, and manage client demos and approvals. The candidate should have 5-8 years of experience, with team management skills and proficiency in regulatory/compliance testing.

Qualifications

• Experience in Digital Channel domains: internet banking and mobile banking.
• Must have led delivery as a Test Lead for 2-4 years.
• Exposure to NPCI/BBPS certifications, compliance testing.

Responsibilities

• Lead test planning, strategy, and closure activities.
• Manage team allocation, reporting (DSR/WSR/MSR) and stakeholder management.
• Track project milestones, risks, and deliverables; conduct client demos and approvals.
