You will be responsible for testing online banking platforms and financial systems to ensure secure, accurate customer and transaction workflows, with hands-on web and mobile testing in an enterprise banking environment. Responsibilities include developing and maintaining automation scripts with Katalon Studio, executing regression tests, expanding coverage

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years in automation testing within banking/financial services.
• Hands-on experience with Katalon Studio.
• Knowledge of Selenium concepts (WebDriver, XPath).
• Mobile automation experience with Appium (Android/iOS).
• Web automation testing across browsers.
• Basic Java concepts (OOP).

Overview

We are looking for Test Automation Engineers with strong experience in Corporate Internet Banking to join our team. You will be responsible for testing online banking platforms and financial systems to ensure smooth, secure, and accurate customer and transaction workflows. This role involves end-to-end functional testing across core banking systems, validating transactions, and ensuring seamless integration between banking channels. You must have hands‑on experience testing mobile and web banking platforms and managing test cycles in an enterprise banking environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain automation test scripts using Katalon Studio

• Execute automation suites for regression, smoke, and sanity testing

• Enhance automation coverage for web/mobile applications

• Debug failed scripts and fix flaky test cases

• Test end-to-end workflows across core banking modules.

• Validate transaction processing, account operations, and system integrations.

• Collaborate with business analysts, development teams, and integration partners.

• Perform functional, regression, and system integration testing.

• Ensure compliance with banking standards, regulatory requirements, and data integrity.

• Document test cases, defects, and test results using standard tools.

• Participate in daily stand-ups, defect triage meetings, and provide timely updates to stakeholders.

Key Requirements

• Strong understanding of banking domain (Internet & Mobile Banking)

• Hands‑on experience in Automation Testing, Katalon Studio preferred.

• Basic knowledge of Selenium concepts (WebDriver, locators, XPath)

• Exposure to Mobile Automation using Appium (Android/iOS)

• Experience in Web Automation Testing

• Basic Java (Oops Concepts)

• Experience in manual testing lifecycle (STLC)

• Hands‑on experience with Jira / test management tools

• Familiarity with Agile methodology

• Analyze business requirements, BRDs, and user stories related to Internet Banking & Mobile Banking modules (Accounts, Payments, Transfers, Cards, Login/Journey flows).

• Prepare test scenarios, detailed test cases, and test data covering functional, UI/UX, and end-to-end customer journeys.

• Execute functional, regression, smoke, and sanity testing for web (Internet Banking) and mobile applications (Android/iOS).

• Ensure adherence to test process, quality standards, and documentation practices.

• Collaborate with BA, Dev, and QA teams for requirement clarification and issue resolution.

• Maintain test execution reports, daily status updates, and progress tracking.

• Contribute to test evidence preparation aligned with audit/compliance requirements in banking projects.

• Open to work in Binondo /Taguig/Manila/Makati.

• Can start immediately.
