TERADYNE Philippines is seeking an Electronics Engineer to join our team. You will collaborate with Repair Operations, Field Service, and Sustaining Engineering to improve products and processes.

You will drive failure analysis, build data structures for reliability, support test equipment setup, pilot end-to-end repair capabilities, and create clear documentation for repair processes.

Opportunity Overview:

• Collaborates with the Repair Operations, Field Service Team, Sustaining Engineering (Mechanical and Hardware Team), Test Development Engineering (North Reading) with product improvement.
• Drives failure analysis and root cause identification to decrease field defective returns.
• Builds data structures to determine product reliability and generate reports based on both Repair Operations and Field Issues.
• Supports test equipment set-up, validation, and verification of software applications, equipment maintenance and upgrades, and the upkeep of tools and jigs.
• Pilot the set-up of end-to-end repair capabilities and conducts technical training for Repair Operations.
• Designs and reviews processes with that drives quality, reliability, and process improvements.
• Creates documentation for both repair processes and work instructions that is used in Repair Operations.
