Job summary

STMicroelectronics is seeking a capable engineer to act as the key liaison between ST divisions and OSAT for technical issues, while driving test yield improvements and supporting on-site audits. You will train subcontractors on ST requirements and coordinate product development with OSAT and divisions to ensure smooth ramp-ups.

The role emphasizes hands-on testing knowledge, strong documentation, and proactive collaboration in a global semiconductor environment with a focus on quality KPI

Qualifications

• BS in Engineering (any) is required; Civil Eng not accepted.
• Minimum 5 years in Test and Finishing processes; assembly background helpful.
• Experience with testers and handlers used for IC testing.
• Knowledge of STDF and Test data log is required.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Business-level English proficiency is required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary interface between ST divisions and OSAT subcontractor to address technical issues and inquiries from stakeholders.
• Provide technical support to Philippine OSATs and drive Final Test yield improvements to meet KPI targets.
• Support on-site customer audits and drive technical resolutions in OSAT.
• Lead subcontractor improvements on technical KPI, PCN, QUAL pass, and deployments.
• Train subcontractor on ST’s technical requirements and tools.
• Interface OSAT and Division on product/package development and NPI; support reviews and ramp-up.

Your Skills & Experiences

• BS in any Engineering course except Civil Eng'g
• At least 5 years of experience in Test and Finishing process, Assembly process background is an advantage
• With experience on various testers and handlers used for IC testing
• Knowledge on STDF and Test data log
• Extensive knowledge of MS Excel, Word, Powerpoint
• English business proficiency
