This role focuses on developing test plans and executing end-to-end testing for our enterprise software platform deployed across Europe, APAC, and beyond. You will collaborate with a distributed team and work with security and release teams to ensure compliance and quality.

Qualifications

• 2 years+ of hands-on experience in Software Testing – a good grounding in testing methodologies, testing terminology, scripting techniques, Test reporting and metrics.
• Good understanding of software testing life cycle.
• Understand the bigger picture, business objectives behind the technical solutions being built to align your test approach and testing efforts.
• Ability to write test cases and user stories, log defects in Azure DevOps, managing timelines, priorities and risks involved with the project releases.
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Developing test plans & test scripts to help deliver the Commercial Risk Eco System within Europe and Australia.
• Execution of end-to-end tests
• Document all defects and testing artefacts.

• Triaging defects utilising a deep understanding of requirements and technical solutions, including integrations.

What the day will look like

• Developing test plans to assist to deliver an internally developed enterprise software platform, which is deployed in Europe and Asia Pacific.

• Execution of end-to-end tests.

• Participate as a member of a distributed team across Asia, Pacific and Europe

• Work within the Build teams for the successful build and deployment of the platform.

Development Responsibilities

• Developing test plans & test scripts to help deliver the Commercial Risk Eco System within Europe and Australia.

• Triaging defects utilising a deep understanding of requirements and technical solutions, including integrations.

Governance & Delivery

• Test for and ensure compliance with the Aon standard processes and security standards as directed by team management.

• Work with Aon’s GSS (security) team on any security issues

• Work with support teams to build their skills and provide appropriate tools.

Required Experience
