Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in the semiconductor industry.
• Strong IC testing background.
• In-depth knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing processes.

Responsibilities

• Support the Test Development Engineer throughout the whole Test Development process.
• Perform test programs and HW characterization over temperature.
• Close cooperation with the Design team to ensure timely delivery of samples.
• Drive repeatability and reproducibility studies for test solution transfer.
