Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on experience with automated test equipment (ATE).
• Strong analog and digital circuit analysis abilities.
• Familiar with statistical tools.
• Experience bench testing to validate Out-of-Spec (O/S) and basic parametric failures.
• ATE setup problem isolation skills.
• Able to troubleshoot basic program issues.

Responsibilities

• Perform electrical testing for reliability qualifications and monitor lots (pre-stress, read points, post-stress).
• Test customer complaint units for failure analysis and report findings.
• Set up machines, analyze and debug test-related problems during electrical testing.
• Coordinate with Reliability Planner on time requirements and testing schedules.
• Generate and submit pre-stress and post-rel reliability data reports for approval.
