Job summary

Private Advertiser is seeking a QA/Testing professional in the Philippines to identify and prioritize test scenarios, prepare test data, and execute test cases to ensure the application meets requirements.

Successful candidates will document results, report defects, perform re-tests, and provide sign-offs. You will liaise with project teams and deliver regular testing progress reports to stakeholders and leads.

• Ability to prepare and create data required for test execution.
• Capable of executing test cases to validate functional requirements.
• Documenting test results and artifacts clearly.
• Reporting incidents and defects with severity.
• Executing re-test to verify defect fixes.
• Reviewing deliverables and providing sign-offs.
• Liaising with project teams to ensure delivery success.
• Creating progress reports and sharing status with leads and stakeholders.
• Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Prepares and creates test data required for test execution.
• Identifies and prioritizes test scenarios.
• Executes test cases to validate that the application under test meets functional requirements.
• Documents test results and collates test artifacts.
• Reports test incidents and defects in accordance with agreed severity.
• Executes re-test of test cases to validate defect fixes.
• Reviews deliverables and provides sign-offs.
• Liaises with project team members and ITG delivery units to ensure project delivery success.
• Creates testing delivery progress status reports and shares with test leads, project manager, and stakeholders.
• Contributes to continuous improvement initiatives.
