Outsourcey in the Philippines is seeking a QA professional to join our team and help shape our expanding talent solutions. You will design test plans, execute manual tests, and collaborate with Business Analysts to ensure quality delivery.

You will log defects in JIRA, perform exploratory testing, document results, and contribute to process improvements while staying current with industry trends and training opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience developing comprehensive test plans and test cases with stakeholders or Business Analysts.
• Perform manual testing, record results, and report defects.
• Conduct exploratory testing to uncover issues.
• Log and track defects using JIRA and collaborate with developers to reproduce issues.
• Create clear test documentation and detailed test reports; communicate progress to stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and stay updated with industry trends and training.
