Job summary

PASCAL RESOURCES ENERGY INC. in the Philippines seeks a Field Sales Agent to market energy solutions, open accounts, and drive continuous revenue growth in the assigned Philippine territory, including the Ilocos Norte region and adjacent areas.

You will prospect and market company products, push direct sales to hit quotas, onboard new clients, manage dealer relationships, and complete regular reports while traveling locally on your own motorcycle with a valid license.

Qualifications

• At least a High School Graduate.
• At least 6 months of experience in field sales.
• Must have your own motorcycle and a valid driver's license.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage fieldwork, handle dealer relationships, and complete reports.
• Customer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to travel within the territory.

Responsibilities
