Job summary

CEMEX, Inc. is seeking a Terminal Engineer in Metro Manila to manage maintenance for terminal equipment, including corrective and preventive activities, budgeting, and reporting. The role requires leadership in supervising teams and coordinating across electrical, instrumentation, and mechanical disciplines.

The ideal candidate will have a PE license, English fluency, and at least two years of relevant experience, with a focus on safe and compliant operation within a terminal environment.

Qualifications

• Professional license in engineering (Chemical, Electrical/Electronic, Mechanical, Mechatronic or equivalent).
• English language proficiency required.
• At least 2 years of working experience in related field.
• Strong leadership and supervision abilities.

Responsibilities

• Assess terminal equipment and execute assigned work orders and checklists to maintain continuous terminal operations.
• Perform planned preventive electrical, automation and instrumentation maintenance.
• Prepare yearly budget for terminal maintenance and submit monthly activity reports.
• Ensure compliance with environmental, health and safety policies and governmental regulations.
• Participate in departmental meetings and trainings to support career development.
