Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield in Cavite is seeking a Project Coordinator for a 12-month fixed-term contract to coordinate tenant improvements, capital works, and site repairs. Responsibilities

Coordinate projects including tenant improvements, capital works, and site repairs.
Review requisitions, change orders, payment applications, and invoices for accuracy and approval.
Support site staff in estimating costs, preparing schedules, and ensuring completion.
Assist with consultant and contractor selection, contracting, and oversight for assigned projects.
Prepare evaluations, audit reports, and issue regular status updates on project progress.
