Job summary

Bank of the Philippine Islands (BPI) is seeking a Telesales Officer to generate qualified sales opportunities among SME clients, promoting deposits and digital banking products while qualifying needs. You will endorse leads to Product Specialists and conduct follow-ups across multiple channels to drive engagement and conversions.

Role requires familiarity with business banking products and CRM tools, with 2–3 years in telesales or related fields.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing Management, Banking and Finance, Economics, Entrepreneurship, or Mass Communication.
• 2–3 years of experience in telesales, telemarketing, contact center sales, business development, business banking, or customer acquisition.
• Knowledge in business banking products, Salesforce CRM, Talkdesk, or similar dialer systems.
• Strong sales, communication, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound sales calls and discovery conversations with assigned SME clients to identify banking needs and generate qualified sales opportunities.
• Promote Corporate Checking Accounts, Maxi-One Accounts, BizLink Check Writing, P2M QR, and other approved solutions to increase deposits and product penetration.
• Qualify client requirements and endorse viable opportunities to Product Specialists for conversion and onboarding.
• Execute structured follow-up activities through calls, emails, SMS, and Salesforce & Talkdesk workflows to improve client engagement and conversion outcomes.
• Maintain accurate documentation of client interactions, opportunities, and productivity metrics in Salesforce and approved systems.
