Job summary

Home Credit Philippines is seeking a field sales representative to actively promote HC products at retail points of sale and assist customers with completing their finance product applications. The role involves field work, maintaining professional client interactions, and meeting sales plans.

The position emphasizes knowledge of HC products, compliance with internal policies, and upkeep of documentation and equipment at the point of sale. Direct hire with regular employment is offered.

Qualifications

• Preferably experience in sales/frontline/field sales.
• Minimum high school graduate or finished Grade 10.

• Assist and guide customer to complete the application for consumer finance products in accordance with internal policies and procedures and provide professional services.
• Prepare client documentation, collecting information and working with the system.
• Fulfill individual sales plans.
• Maintain a clean and fully functional workplace (table, IT equipment).
• Preserve and protect equipment supplied by the company.

• Excellent familiarity with HC products and continuous learning of new products.
• Assist and guide customer to complete the application for consumer finance products in accordance with internal policies and procedures and provide professional services.
• Prepare client documentation, collecting information and working with the system.
• Take responsibility with risk arising on signed contract.
• Good cooperation with staff of POS and compliance with regulations of POS.
• Fulfill individual sales plans.
• Maintain a clean and fully functional workplace (table, IT equipment).
• Preserve and protect equipment supplied by the company.
• Maintain a good image of HC at POS.

Qualifications

• Preferably experience in sales/frontline/field sales (e.g., Salesclerk, Saleslady/Salesman).
• Minimum high school graduate or finished Grade 10.
