Responsibilities

• Ensure completeness, accuracy, and consistency of client information via system access, dialer tools, and quality control measures to achieve on-time and proper processing of applications/ requests and prevent customer complaints.
• Adhere to company rules and regulations using manuals, handbooks, and memos pertaining to compliance with the policies and procedures based on the bank's guidelines.

How You'll Contribute

• Conducts callouts to existing and new customers of the bank by operating telephone equipment, automatic dialing systems, and other telecommunication technologies to market product features and present benefits of the products accurately and persuasively and gather relevant client information needed to process applications or requests.
