Job summary

Dempsey Resource Management in Pasig is seeking an outbound telemarketing specialist to engage potential clients and present services clearly. You will gather basic information and pass qualified leads to the sales team.

Ideal candidates have strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills, plus a willingness to learn. Work is Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM at Santolan, Pasig City.

• Introduce digital solutions (QR payments, borrower tracking).
• Assist in onboarding and initial setup.
