Job summary

Jacobs, a global engineering leader, is seeking a Telecommunications BIM Modeler to join our Project Delivery Team supporting Advanced Facilities projects in the Philippines. You will develop and maintain detailed 3D BIM models for telecom and low-voltage systems, ensuring designs meet project requirements and BIM standards.

Collaborate with engineers and designers to resolve clashes, ensure correct Levels of Development, and manage model content and data within CDE environments.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Drafting, or related field.
• Proficiency in Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD.
• Understanding of telecommunications and low-voltage system design principles.
• Ability to translate schematics into accurate 3D BIM models.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Experience with model coordination tools and CDE.
• Familiarity with international codes for advanced facilities and data centres.
• Experience in multidisciplinary BIM environments.

Your impact

Here’s what you'll need

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Drafting, or a related discipline.
• Proficiency in Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD.
• Understanding of telecommunications and low-voltage system design principles.
• Ability to interpret technical schematics and translate them into accurate 3D BIM models.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Experience using model coordination tools and common data environments (CDE).
• Familiarity with international standards and codes relevant to advanced facilities and data centre projects.
• Experience working in multidisciplinary BIM project environments.
