Job summary

Jacobs Projects (PHILIPPINES), INC. is seeking a Telecommunications BIM Modeler to join our Project Delivery Team. You will develop and maintain detailed BIM models for telecommunications and low-voltage systems, ensuring designs meet project requirements and BIM standards.

You will coordinate with engineers and designers, check model quality, and update models as designs evolve. The role requires strong attention to detail and expertise in Revit and AutoCAD, with a proactive collaboration

Qualifications

Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Drafting, or related discipline.
Proficiency in Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD.
Understanding of telecommunications and low-voltage system design principles.
Ability to interpret technical schematics and translate them into accurate 3D BIM models.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Responsibilities

Develop detailed 3D BIM models for telecommunications, communications, and low-voltage systems.
Create and manage BIM content, parameters, and embedded technical data within project models.
Ensure models meet required Levels of Development (LOD) and BIM standards.
Conduct model quality checks and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to resolve clashes and space conflicts.
Collaborate closely with engineers, designers, and project stakeholders throughout the design process.
Update models based on design revisions, project changes, and client feedback.
