Job summary

The Growth Collective Pte. Ltd. is seeking IT Engineers for commercial and government projects in Metro Manila, Philippines. The role involves supporting network infrastructure, structured cabling, and telecom systems. Candidates should have CCNA certification or equivalent experience, along with hands-on involvement in structured cabling, telecom systems (PABX/VoIP), and project delivery. Key Requirements

• Experience in telecom systems (PABX / VoIP / IP telephony)
• Exposure to end-to-end / turnkey project delivery (at least 2 projects)
• Background in network and telecom systems implementation, coordination, or commissioning

Scope

• Support network infrastructure and telecom projects
• Coordinate structured cabling and system implementation
• Assist in setup and configuration of PABX / VoIP systems
• Support testing and commissioning of network and telecom systems
• Work closely with project teams on site
