You will install, splice, and repair telecom lines, configure routers and switches, provide on-site support, and keep accurate work records while following safety protocols. Qualifications

• High school diploma (Telecom/technical certification preferred).
• Valid Driver's License (Must be able to drive).
• Experience with Telecom Equipment, Cable Testers, Crimping tools, and Signal Meters.
• Ability to read technical manuals/schematics and troubleshoot issues.
• Physical ability to climb poles, work at heights, and lift heavy equipment.

Responsibilities

• Install, Splice, and Repair telecom lines and network equipment.
• Configure and troubleshoot routers, modems, switches, and services.
• Provide on-site technical support and service demonstrations to customers.
• Maintain accurate records of work orders and adhere to safety protocols.
