Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years of leadership experience in the BPO industry, preferably Telco.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
• Team player with strong communication, presentation, and task management skills.

Responsibilities

• Assess, measure, and enhance agent productivity for client service delivery and revenue generation.
• Lead productivity reviews and implement coaching and performance improvement plans.
• Train and motivate agents to deliver high-quality work within timelines.
• Evaluate performance and coach agents to meet targets.
• Manage daily attendance to maintain operational efficiency.
• Maintain clear communications across all levels of staff.
