Job summary

Support Services Group Philippines in Pasig City is seeking a results-driven Team Productivity Leader for a Local Telco Campaign. The role focuses on coaching agents, driving productivity, monitoring attendance, and delivering measurable performance improvements.

You will train and motivate agents, conduct productivity reviews, and implement coaching and performance improvement plans to ensure targets are met.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 1-2 years of leadership experience in the BPO industry; Telco background preferred.
• Good communications skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
• A team player with strong communication, presentation, and task management skills.
• Working knowledge in productivity analysis, customer/client service, and problem-solving.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and act with urgency.

Responsibilities

• Assessing, measuring, and enhancing the productivity performance of agents.
• Taking charge of team productivity, conducting productivity reviews, and implementing coaching and performance improvement plans.
• Training and motivating agents to deliver high-quality work within timelines.
• Evaluating performance, coaching for improvement, and ensuring targets are met.
• Managing daily attendance of assigned agents to maintain operational efficiency.
• Maintaining regular communication with employees at all levels.
• Creating a positive work environment that fosters morale, quality, and productivity.
• Encouraging ideas for continuous improvement.
• Keeping the team aligned with company and client goals and results.
• Taking responsibility for decisions made and accountability for team productivity.
• Ensuring timely completion and submission of paperwork and reports.
