• Amenable to Graveyard/Shifting schedules.
• Willing to work in SM Fairview Tower 4, Quezon City.

Responsibilities

• Monitor representative calls and coaching on quality and performance.
• Execute performance improvement strategies to achieve department and team goals.
• Provide feedback to agents.
