Job summary

TTEC is hiring a Customer Service Representative for night shift, onsite at Novaliches, Quezon City. You’ll help customers by answering inquiries, researching solutions, and delivering a positive service experience.

Qualifications

• Senior high school diploma or 2 years of college.
• At least 3 months of BPO experience.
• Strong verbal communication and business writing.
