Job summary

Prudential Hong Kong Limited in the Philippines seeks a senior leader to shape technology strategy and planning across the enterprise. You will oversee governance, budgeting, and multi-year roadmaps, guiding a small team, including a UI/UX designer, to deliver user-centered solutions.

Reporting to the CITO, you will drive performance reviews, executive communications, and cross-functional governance to ensure IT capabilities align with business priorities and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• At least 8-10 years’ experience with demonstrated ability to perform job function as stated above.
• Strong capability in managing partner led delivery engagements, including project oversight, and value realization from strategic partnerships.
• Strong presentation abilities for executive audiences.
• Knowledge of UX/UI principles, design systems, user journey mapping, and usability evaluation.
• Leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving.
• IT strategy and digital transformation expertise.
• IT budgeting, CAPEX/OPEX management, and financial governance.
• Portfolio management, KPI development, and performance score carding.
• Lean / Six Sigma, TOGAF, ITIL, PMP, COBIT.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS, or other similar degrees

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain PLUK’s enterprise technology strategy roadmap up to 3 years
• Lead quarterly performance and business reviews (QPBR) for the CITO
• Create executive-level presentations for ExCo, Board committees, regulators and Townhalls
• Lead the end-to-end planning, definition, and tracking of Technology KPIs, ensuring metrics support strategic outcomes
• Oversee annual IT budgeting cycles including CAPEX/OPEX forecasting
• Drive portfolio governance, prioritization models, and technology risk assessments
• Ensure adherence to regional technology and compliance standards
• Lead modernization initiatives including Partnership engagements, platform rationalization, and digital transformation
• Oversee partnership driven technology initiatives, ensuring structured delivery and measurable business value
• Manage UI/UX governance through the UI/UX Designer and design reviews
