Job summary

TASQ Staffing Solutions seeks a Technology Lead - Manager (RPA - Automation) to spearhead design, development and delivery of Robotic Process Automation solutions in Taguig. The role requires 6+ years as an RPA developer, strong knowledge of SQL/.NET, and relevant certifications.

Onsite work at BGC Taguig and a performance bonus are offered. You will guide architecture alignment, oversee development/integration efforts, and mentor teams while ensuring high-quality service for clients in the RPA

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/Engineering or related field.
• 6+ years experience as an RPA Developer.
• Automation Anywhere certification is a plus; master certification preferred.
• Experience with SQL or .NET and Intelligent Automation is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Implement design, development, validation and support activities per architecture requirements.
• Participate in knowledge management to ensure high service levels for clients in the technology domain.
• Gather requirements with Business Analysts to inform design, development and testing phases.
• Understand and apply architecture, design specifications and develop/review artifacts and unit tests.

Requirements:

BACHELORS - COMPUTER SCIENCE, IT, ENGINEERING or any related course

Automation Anywhere Certification is a plus or preferred

Experience with SQL or .Net or Intelligent Automation (IA) are all pluses/preferred.

Minimum 6+ years experience as an RPA Developer is required

Master Certification on Any RPA tool is preferred

Willing to work ONSITE in BGC Taguig

Responsibilities:

Implement Design, Development, Validation and Support activities in line with architecture requirements

Participate in Knowledge Management activities WITH the objective of ensuring the highest levels of service offerings to clients in own technology domain WITHIN the guidelines, policies norms of Infosys.

Requirements Gathering Understand the requirements (both functional and non-functional) by going through the specifications and with inputs from Business Analyst IN ORDER TO participate efficiently in the Design, Development and Testing Phases of the project.

Design Do Impact Analysis, create Design Specifications as per the high level design

Architecture Understand application architecture document and seek inputs from the architecture / design team to understand the overall architecture.

Development Develop and review artifacts (Code, Documentation, Unit test scripts) conduct reviews for self and peers, conduct unit tests and document unit test results IN ORDER TO build the application and make it ready for validation / delivery.
