Job summary

TASQ Staffing Solutions is seeking an RPA Automation Assistant Manager for Alabang (Technology Analyst) to lead design, development and validation of automation solutions. This role requires hands-on RPA development with strong knowledge of architecture and testing practices.

Onsite work in Alabang with a 30% work from home arrangement, offering HMO for employee and 2 dependents, quarterly bonus and 24 leave days annually.

Qualifications

• Bachelors in Computer Science, IT, Engineering or related field.
• Automation Anywhere Certification preferred.
• Experience with SQL, .NET or Intelligent Automation (IA) is a plus.
• Minimum 5+ years experience as an RPA Developer.
• Master Certification on any RPA tool preferred.
• Willing to work onsite in Alabang.

Responsibilities

• Implement design, development, validation and support activities per architecture requirements.
• Participate in Knowledge Management activities to ensure high levels of service within Infosys guidelines.
• Requirements gathering from functional and non-functional perspectives with inputs from Business Analyst.
• Design - create design specifications per high level design.
• Architecture - understand application architecture and seek inputs from architecture/design team.
• Development - develop and review artifacts, conduct unit tests and document results.
• Implementation - Go Live activities per Implementation plan to enable productionization of the application.
• Testing, Production Support, Maintenance and Knowledge Management are part of the role & responsibilities

Qualifications / Requirements:

• BACHELORS - COMPUTER SCIENCE, IT, ENGINEERING or any related course
• Automation Anywhere Certification is a plus or preferred
• Experience with SQL or .Net or Intelligent Automation (IA) are all pluses/preferred.
• Minimum 5+ years experience as an RPA Developer is required
• Master Certification on Any RPA tool is preferred
• Willing to work ONSITE in Alabang

Responsibilities:

• Implement Design, Development, Validation and Support activities in line with architecture requirements
• Participate in Knowledge Management activities WITH the objective of ensuring the highest levels of service offerings to clients in own technology domain WITHIN the guidelines, policies norms of Infosys.
• Requirements Gathering - Understand the requirements (both functional and non-functional) by going through the specifications and with inputs from Business Analyst IN ORDER TO participate efficiently in the Design, Development and Testing Phases of the project.
• Design - Do Impact Analysis, create Design Specifications as per the high level design
• Architecture - Understand application architecture document and seek inputs from the architecture / design team to understand the overall architecture.
• Development - Develop and review artifacts (Code, Documentation, Unit test scripts) conduct reviews for self and peers, conduct unit tests and document unit test results IN ORDER TO build the application and make it ready for validation / delivery.
• Implementation - Work on Go Live activities as per the Implementation plan in order to enable product ionization of application without any issues.
• Apart from this Testing, Production Support, Maintenance and Knowledge Management are also part of the role & responsibilities
