Job summary

Citi is inviting high-potential students in the Philippines to join its 10-week Summer Technology Analyst Program, starting in June, offering hands-on training, on-desk learning, and exposure to our global technology platforms.

Participants will work within Infrastructure Management and Technology Services, tackling tasks from data centers to AI-enabled tooling, with opportunities to contribute to real projects across cross-functional teams and gain a global banker's perspective on technology

Qualifications

• Graduation between Dec 2027 and July 2028.
• Bachelor's degree in tech-related field.
• GPA of 3.0 or better preferred.
• Ability to pass technical interviews and collaborate across cultures.

Technology Infrastructure in Citi provides critical technical foundation to the firm and is responsible for delivering reliable IT solutions, scalable infrastructure services, and secure capabilities while creating a trusted customer experience and enabling Citi's workforce to be the best for our customers. From its position at the heart of the firm,

Technology Services is responsible for creating and maintaining the foundational infrastructure that underpins the Company's global operations. This includes physical facilities, network connectivity, computing resources, and data management. Additionally, the team develops and manages the essential tools and platforms that enable Citi employees to perform their roles efficiently across the globe.

You will be working on Infrastructure Management: Design, implement, and maintain physical infrastructure components, including data centers, server rooms, and associated hardware. Ensure stability, availability, and performance of all technology infrastructure. Manage capacity planning and growth for computing and storage resources.

While technologies can vary slightly from team to team, Analysts will have exposure within the following categories:

• Microservices Developer: Java, Spring Framework, Pivotal Cloud Foundry
• Front-End Web Development: React or Angular, Apigee TypeScript, HTML5
• Generative AI & AI Agents: GitHub Copilot with various models, Citi Squad (automated code reviews), Devin.AI, Prompt Engineering, Workflow Design, GenAI Optimization, Stylus Workspaces (In-house Gemini)
• Data Analytics: Utilizing tools like Splunk, Tableau, and Adobe Analytics to track customer journey adoption and measure the business value of delivered products.

To join Citi, you should meet the following criteria:

• Graduation between Dec 2027 and July 2028.
• Educational background: Bachelor's degree Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, or other tech related degrees.
• GPA of 3.0 or better is preferred.
• A proactive problem-solver who thrives on innovation and embraces challenges with enthusiasm, leveraging Generative AI to address complex business problems and create novel solutions.
• Possess a global outlook and willingness to collaborate across cultures and time zones.
• Have excellent communication skills, project management, leadership, attention to detail, and the ability to work well within diverse teams.
• Ability to pass technical interviews consisting of basic algorithmic programming exercises.
• Must be collaborative and adaptable, with excellent communication skills. Prior experience working in agile teams is desirable.
• Work Authorization: Authorized to work in the Philippines without the need for employer sponsorship, now or in the future.
